Yoga Class

$5 yoga class led by Jason Cooper of ACYoga.

This 1 hour and 15 minute class will focus on allowing the breath to move your body through space with proper alignment and the engagement of different muscle groups. We will breathe, move, sweat, and have fun, while honoring our bodies in the ancient centering practice of yoga. All levels welcome!

Mats and water will be available. Email to register. Class limit: 20 Walk-ins welcome as space allows.
