Panel Discussion with Wendel White, Christina Jackson, and Glynnis Reed

The public is invited to a panel discussion with Wendel White, Distinguished Professor of Art, Stockton University; Christina Jackson, PhD, Assistant Professor of Sociology, Stockton University; and Glynnis Reed, exhibiting photographer (That Shadow My Likeness: Photography by Glynnis Reed,) to extend the conversation around the exhibition and engage the public with concepts of the work and how it relates to the tradition of black art photography. Reed is interested in a variety of themes including the representation of black female bodies, particularly in relation to natural landscapes, identity and place. The panel will be followed by a Q & A session. This event is free and open to the public.
